Our custom stationery and self inking stamps will need a minimum of 3-5 business days for approval, production and drying time.

Should there be a rush on items, please send us know in the buyer's note and we will put that on our RUSH orders.

If the order is returned to us marked as "incorrect address" by the shipping authority, and it was shipped to the address you provided, you will be responsible for the cost to have the items reshipped out.

We are not liable for packages lost or stolen once the shipping authority has deemed them delivered to your address.
